In 2003, after seven years working for NZ’s largest bank arranging home loans, Phil made the decision to establish his own mortgage finance company. With a clear vision to provide clients with personalised, expert advice and a higher standard of service, he laid the foundations for what has become a highly respected and successful business.

With more than 20 years of lending experience, Phil is widely recognised for his straight-talking, “no nonsense” professional approach. He believes in clear communication, practical advice, and delivering results – values that continue to shape the culture of the business today.

Over the course of his career, Phil has overseen more than $1.2 billion in home loan settlements, assisting over 5000 clients in achieving their property goals. His depth of experience across a wide range of lending scenarios ensures that every client benefits from informed guidance and carefully structured solutions tailored to their individual circumstances.

Phil’s performance and dedication have earned him significant industry recognition. In 2005, he was awarded the prestigious NZ Mortgage Broker of the Year title and was a finalist for the award from 2005 through to 2026. He has consistently ranked among the Top 10 in NZ for Home Loan Settlements from 2016 to 2026, and has been recognised as Top 8 in NZ and Number 1 in the Waikato/BOP region from 2017 to 2026. He is also regularly acknowledged by major banks as one of the Top 5 performing Advisers in the Waikato/BOP region.
